Ice cream is one of my favorite things of all time. Unfortunately it is neither healthy nor vegan. This banana “soft-serve” ice cream replicates the taste and texture we all have come to love and crave. I eat this fun treat for both breakfast and dessert.
It’s so simple also! All you need is a banana, water, a freezer, and a food processor.
Banana “Soft Serve”
Serves as many people as you want!
Banana(s), 1 per person/serving
Water as needed (I did 1 tbsp. for 1 banana)
Strawberries to top the soft-serve
Peel your desired amount of bananas and place them in a freezer-safe Ziploc bag. Put them in a freezer overnight or until frozen.
When frozen, add bananas to a food processor (don’t overload it though, make sure to break them up in chunks and put them in in intervals). Add water as needed for the wanted consistency.
Spoon mixture into small bowls. Top each one with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
